RINGO STARR AND HIS 8th ALL STARR BAND's LIVE RECORDING: TOUR 2003
Koch Records will release Tour 2003, featuring Ringo Starr and His 8th All Starr Band recorded live in concert over two nights at Casinorama in Canada, due in stores March 23, 2004. Coming off his critically acclaimed Ringo Rama project (released March 2003), Ringo embarked on his 8th All Starr Tour during the summer of 2003. The New York Times has previously described the All Starr Band experience as: "the living embodiment of that old fantasy about the great bands that must be jamming in heaven." Recorded in July of '03, Tour 2003 features 70 minutes of material culled from the Casino Rama show in Canada. It includes some of Ringo’s hits -- "It Don't Come Easy," "Yellow Submarine," Don't Pass Me By," and others. In addition, each of the guest musicians steps out on their own with an eclectic array of tunes that includes chart toppers like "Missing You," "Who Can It Be Now," "Glamorous Life," "Living Years" and much more. Here you go ... to see in advance the Cover Art (661 kb, © by Koch Records, February 19, 2004) for the brand new CD "Tour 2003":
